These rules also apply in cases where no rental contract is signed, and the rental is governed by the basic rates listed on the botanical garden's website.

The entity that pays for the rental of the greenhouse (i.e., an individual, group of people, company, etc.—hereinafter referred to as the tenant) is required to comply with the botanical garden's visiting rules, particularly:

• Movement is only permitted on designated paths. It is not allowed to step anywhere off these paths, such as on rocks that are part of rock garden plantings, into open soil where no plants appear to be present, or into ponds, etc.
• Entering the cultivation areas or demanding access to these spaces (e.g., storage greenhouses) and making recordings there is not permitted.
• It is not allowed to handle plants in containers or any furniture and technical equipment without prior agreement.
• Parking on main path is not allowed. If management agrees to allow parking within the premises, the vehicle must be left on one of the dead-end side roads, preferably behind the administration building. If there is no space available on these designated roads, the vehicle must be parked outside the botanical garden area.

In case these conditions are not met, the botanical garden staff are authorized to immediately expel the tenant from the premises, without any right to a refund of the rental fee.

The tenant is obliged to remove or pay for any damage caused to the garden property during their activities in the leased and commonly used spaces, whether caused by the tenant, their employees, or event participants.
